I am the founder of Rise By Rooting Down, a coach and educator dedicated to helping people grow wiser, steadier, and more fully themselves.

 

With a Master’s in Education and a background as Montana’s 2015 Teacher of the Year, I bring deep expertise in how we learn and evolve.  My work is also shaped by my seasons as a Ranger in Glacier National Park, weaving together land, lived experience, and personal growth.

 

Based on a working Montana ranch, I now guide others to navigate change with courage and grace.  I have a passion for helping learners fall in love with discovering new depths within themselves and the living systems we are all part of.
